CIIC Shanghai relies on the advantages of talents resources and international cooperation experience to develop various types of short-term training projects of the talent market demands at home and abroad by personalized training methods and practical training. Up to now it has provided various types of overseas short-term training for the subordinates of over 2,000 managers of Propaganda Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Shanghai Municipal Agriculture Commission, and for 3,000foreign management staff and staff working in the foreign invested corporation and abroad staff.
