CIIC Shanghai Branch starts the enterprise annuity plan
¡¡¡¡On January 11, 2008, the contract signing ceremony of CIIC enterprise annuity funds entrusting management was held in Shanghai Four Seasons Hotel. President Shi attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. This is the first enterprise annuity plan of Shanghai human resources outsourcing industry. This is also the one which covers personnel most widely and boasts of the largest population until now. The establishment of CIIC enterprise annuity will further improve the employees¡¯ long-term incentive system, perfect CIIC product line, enhance the competitiveness of CIIC in terms of human resources consulting and services and will also help the government to relieve the pressure on the pension insurance and promote the whole society¡¯s pension insurance.
