| Participating in ”°2007 China Summit Forum on Financial Talents Strategy”± and Delivering A Thematic Speech |
””””On December 2, ”°2007 China Summit Forum on Financial Talents Strategy”± and the sixth seminar of international financial center were held in Grand Hyatt Hotel in Shanghai. The theme of this conference is ”°2008: Who will dominate the global financial future”±. Minister of China Personnel Department Yin Weimin and the executive vice mayor of Shanghai, Feng Guoqin, sent a letter for congratulation. More than 300 people attended this conference, among who were the economists and senior government officials from global financial organizations and global human resources authority and the chairman and general managers of the central bank, well-known commercial banks, funds, insurance as well as futures.
””””Wang Xu, vice president of Human Resources Management Consulting Company, attended the meeting as a special guest and delivered a thematic speech on ”°Human resources assessment in the acquisition of financial enterprises”±. This speech introduced the practical significance and some evaluation examples of the human resources assessment in the acquisition of financial enterprises. The speech by Wang Xu aroused enthusiastic responses among the guest scholars and experts present at the meeting. Many enterprises showed keen interest in HR assessment system model of CIIC merger and expressed willingness to cooperate.
