Being hosted jointly by CIIC Corporation, NO.1 Finance & Economics, China Operating Newspaper and the Horizon Research Consultancy Group, the most influential transnational enterprise in China in the year 2004 prize£awarding ceremony was held in Shanghai Grand Theater Gallery. At the same time the commercial elite summit of ¡°capital impact: symphony of globalization and localization¡± was held and operational methods of transnational enterprise were probed and successful experiences were shared and used for reference.

CIIC Shanghai Corporation and chief government officials represented by Vice Minister of Malaysian Human Resources Department through friendly talks reached the formal agreement on CIIC outputting 100,000 workers to Malaysia, and signed memoranda of understanding. At the same time, Malaysia authorized CIIC Corporation to be the first in China exclusive labor training & examination organization approved by Malaysia.
