The State Commission of Science and Technology issued Business Letter on Confirmation of CIIC in Shanghai of Providing the Employee Services to the Permanent Representative of the Foreign Enterprises to Shanghai Municipal People¡¯s Government. This letter introduced nature, performance, etc. role of CIIC, especially requested the consent to Shanghai Municipal People's government¡¯s listing CIIC in the staff services unit of foreign invested enterprises in Shanghai and letting it be managed by Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation and Trade Commission.
