Employee social insurances and housing fund contribution; CIIC established customer manager responsibility system and assigned on-site personnel at each site, all of which is coordinated by CIIC Shanghai as the general contractor.

Since May 2003, we have provided the HR service for over 3,000 employees of the customer in Shanghai. CIIC Shanghai successfully signed the general contract in 2009 by virtue of its premium service, mature IT systems and the strong support of regional branches and has been providing related HR service for approximately 8,000 employees of customers across the country. Since May 2003, CIIC Shanghai started to provide personnel agency service to the client company for over 3,000 employees. With good service quality, mature IT system and the great support from other CIIC branches, CIIC Shanghai successfully signed the general contract with the client in 2009 to provide HR services to around 8,000 employees nationwide until now.
